Cutest Dog Ever

7/6/2018

Today we woke up at 6am to make sure we could get one more fun hike in. Today we hiked the 3 mile round trip hike to Delicate Arch, the infamous arch that is on their license plates and the one everyone probably thinks of. It was again very hot, but totally worth it. Even though it was relatively early, it was still very busy. We actually had to wait in line to get our picture with this arch!

(Photos were on my phone, and I didn't get them sent from anyone else yet - I'll instagram it later @rnuech)

After the hike we grabbed breakfast at Eclectica in Moab before saying goodbye to Brian :’(. We headed straight for Park City to stay with Alex’s family friends the Mullens. On the way we stopped at a few random spots, and finally at WINGERS, a bar in the middle of nowhere. We ate, but more importantly we caught the end of the Belgium-Brazil World Cup match. Go Belgium.

We finished the drive and I got to finally meet the Mullens! They are amazing, have a beautiful home, and the cutest puppy. Tim and Elyse joined us for dinner on their back patio. It was nice to finally have the weather cool down a bit at night to a bearable temperature!

Cutest dog ever

We had to say our goodbyes to Tim and Elyse after 11 days of exploring with them! It was so much fun, and I wish they would stay for the rest of the trip, but I guess they don’t like us very much. We headed to bed shortly after dinner and conversation ended, excited to finally sleep in a bit (and in a bed) tomorrow morning.

Not a lot of photos today, as it was a travel day, a few more tomorrow!
